More than 250 Plots of Sector-57, Gurgaon goes in dispute again...

[Plot Owners Sector 57]

HUDA has put almost 250 plots of Sector-57 under dispute citing 2 writ petitions pending in Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana.

1. CWP 14420 of 2014: Chet Ram v/s State of Haryana which effects almost 150 plots where in court has ordered HUDA to maintain status quo.
2. CWP 7880 of 2002 : Saraswati Kunj v/s State of Haryana in which HUDA has withdrawn offer of possession of almost 100 plots.

Kindly check the status of your plots with HUDA.

What is the best was to see the status of the plots? What is the reason for HUDA to pu the allotment of the plots again under litigation?
