In a recent development, the petition of farmers on whose land Sector-57, Gurgaon has been carved out has been decided by Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana. The amount increased is not much, meaning thereby the 2nd enhancement in Sector-57 will not be much as it was expected.

This judgement will surely boast the morale of plot owners.

What's the ground for this rumor in market? I have heard it many a times now but failed to find any facts. Could you please share the case number etc for reference?
