[Plot Owners Sector 57]

Hi,
Since we have grown upto 41 members and numbers will increase gradually. It's high time that all stake holders must meet one day in Gurgaon, so that war on internet can be fought on real ground.

Please pour-in your inputs as to when and where to meet...

HUDA has sent enhancement letters to all plot holders. I have a plot in sector-57. Although I have not received any official letter for enhancement but how HUDA can ask for enhancement after selling the plots? It means that the plot which were got registered by the plot holders were in dispute and the HUDA had no clear title with them. If they do not had the clear title then how they can make registry in favour of the plot holders? It is a clear cut fraud.

I request you to please share your views on this.

Mr Haldia,

As per alottment letter,HUDA can ask for increase.

The acquired land was in dispute and HUDA could not have carved plots,and the Honble High Court is seized of the matter,I recall the HC having asked HUDA about it,but do not know the outcome

I. Agree as per allotment letter HUDA can demand such enhancement . But if we fight and file a case in court then the enhancement can be reduced as done in other sectors like sector 22 .

To best of my knowledge only a particular sector got relief owing to the fact the calculations were wrong

I am afraid there is nothing on sector 22 I could lay hands

With new policy of Centre the Courts can or will not do anything

I have laboured enough

I did this research in january when I got the the first shocker . So don't remember exactly which sector it is must be 23 or something then .

And according to my source and knowledge we can do nothing abt it just a relief if we r lucky and second installment shud be on its way any time soon .

This is very strange that we do not adopt pro active approach .

Last time one group was formed by mr arora of easy ghar against the enhancement by Huda and those who paid advocate fees were kept in that group deleting rest o  of the plot owners

The other group has filed case in High Court - 55 members in total. No development as if now, every time it's adjourned to next hearing. Dr. Surya Prakash is their layer for the same. Next hearing is on 8th of August. Thanks!
