Default template (plosxom 1.02) not english

I released version 1.02 of plosxom and realized, too late, that the
default plugin, which is delivered with plosxom, is still in german
(it is a copy of the one I use on my blog). I'll translate it to
english in the next release and provide a second default_de template.

It's been fixed in 1.03, default template supports now localization,
en and de. Configurable via plosxom.conf.
