Forsyth County Schools was looking for an online product that enabled them to connect with their student information system and allow multiple schools to assist with the processing of transcripts. Parchment was the answer they were looking for.

The University of Texas at Arlington wanted to move inbound transcript and document processing online. Parchment significantly decreased document processing time, which led to faster application processing and a better student and applicant experience.

Transcripts are required for all Transcript Review applications. Only transcripts are applicable to this application, no other experience is accepted. You may upload your transcripts directly to your application checklist.

The Expand Instructional Level worksheet is only for those looking to increase the grade levels of an existing endorsement for which they are currently licensed. For a new endorsement, please see the full list of transcript review worksheets at the bottom of this page.

A court transcript is a written record of every word spoken in a court proceeding. A transcript is produced either from an audio recording of the proceeding or from the record taken by an official court reporter.

Parties or their attorneys may order a transcript by submitting a Transcript and Audio Order Form (CV/CR/JV-165) to the clerk's office where the proceeding was held. Submit at the same time the notice of appeal is filed. The same order form is used for all civil and criminal cases.

Please note: the public may order transcripts or audio recordings of any recorded proceeding with the exception of nonpublic proceedings. Nonpublic proceedings include juvenile, child protection, involuntary commitment, bar discipline, and any other proceeding which is restricted by federal or state law, court rule, or administrative order.

The cost of a court transcript is determined by the total number of pages and the turnaround time requested. After submitting your order, you will be contacted with an estimate of the cost of the transcript. The estimated cost must be paid before the transcript is produced.

If you cannot afford the cost of a transcript or audio recording of a proceeding and the court finds that a transcript or audio recording of all or a portion of a recorded proceeding is necessary for an appeal, you may ask that the transcript be produced at state expense. File a Motion for Transcript at State Expense (CV/CR/JV-166) form with your Notice of Appeal and Transcript and Audio Order Form (CV/CR/JV-165).

Indicate exactly what you think was transcribed incorrectly. If the transcriber agrees, the transcript will be corrected. If, after review, it is determined no error was made, you will be notified that the transcript stands as submitted.

Please contact OTO if you have general questions about court transcripts or audio recordings, any concerns about the quality of an audio recording, or the accuracy of a transcript produced from an audio recording of a proceeding.

You will need to resolve any financial holds before your official transcripts can be issued. You can check your hold status through What I Owe. For more information on resolving financial holds, see Paying Your Tuition or call Texas One Stop at 512-232-6988.

An electronic transcript can be sent to certain community colleges, universities, and licensing boards using a secure electronic server (also known as SPEEDE) managed by the National Student Clearinghouse. You may order online, login to the Online Transcript Ordering System.

PDF transcripts can only be ordered online. In many cases, they may not be the preferred method of delivery, please review the following important information. If you would still like to place an online PDF order, login to the Online Transcript Ordering System

Make sure to verify that these types of transcripts are acceptable to the recipient before placing an order. If you also want a transcript to be mailed, you will need to place a separate order, provide a complete mailing address, and pay an additional $20.

If unable to order online, official transcripts may be ordered by submitting a signed Transcript Order Form 891 and either emailing to trans...@austin.utexas.edu; faxing to 512-475-7520, or mailing to The University of Texas at Austin, Office of the Registrar, Transcript Services, P.O. Box 7216, Austin, TX 78713-7216.

Note: The following text is a transcription of the Constitution as it was inscribed by Jacob Shallus on parchment (the document on display in the Rotunda at the National Archives Museum.) The spelling and punctuation reflect the original.

To better serve our customers, guidance for requesting Air University (AU) and Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) transcripts has been consolidated under the Air University Registrar's Office. Please go here to request transcripts

1) Whenever possible, you must upload scanned copies of official transcripts to the online application. Please note that these must be official transcripts printed on university letterhead. Print-outs from online student portals are not acceptable.

2) After you submit your application and received your 10 digit USC ID number, you must also mail in official transcripts from all colleges, universities, and other post-secondary institutions you have previously attended. NOTE: If you are an applicant to a Viterbi School of Engineering program, please click here for specific transcript guidelines.

Please instruct the vendor to email the transcript to etr...@usc.edu . Do not send any other materials or correspondence to this email address yourself. Electronic transcripts e-mailed to any other address will not be downloaded, resulting in a delay of your file review and an extra expense to you because the transcript will need to be re-sent.

After you register for the Credential Assembly Service (CAS), you must have a separate transcript sent to LSAC directly from each undergraduate and graduate institution you attended in the United States, its territories/associated states, or Canada.

An international transcript is required if you were directly enrolled at such an institution(s) outside the US, its territories, or Canada, and the total amount of work you completed at the institution(s) combined is the equivalent to one year or more of study in the US, its territories, or Canada. If your study abroad is less than one year of study and is not a clear sponsorship by a domestic school, then the transcript is not required by LSAC to be submitted.

This is important: Not all schools participate in sending transcripts via Electronic Transfer even though they may use one of the services listed above. (For example, some schools using these services will only deliver a paper copy or an electronic PDF version of your transcript.) If your school does not participate in delivery via Electronic Transfer, you must request that your official transcript be mailed to LSAC. If your institution has an established account with LSAC, official transcripts may be uploaded to LSAC via the registrar portal of the LSAC website. To avoid processing delays, all mailed transcripts should be sent to:
