API account and missing link

Hi everyone,

I noticed that this registration link isn't work:

http://api.plos.org/registration/ 

404 error to  PLOS Journals account. 

I presume the correct link for registration is here:

https://community.plos.org/registration/new

Right? 

P.s. I need an API key for an academic project.
