SF Plone adapter mapping issue

I've been trying to use the Salesforce plone adapter to map from a webform to a SF lead.  The webform info makes it to the plone data collector but not to the lead in SF.  I've deleted it and started fresh - any suggestions of something I need to look at.  Other webforms are working with this set up just fine - it's not a plone issue.

Are you sure the salesforce adapter is enabled? Are there any clues in
the zope logs?
