Hi all
Well-known Plone and Patternslib developer Florian Friesdorf will be in
Cape Town from the 29th of April until the 11th of May.
He'll probably attend our Plone meeting on the 8th and we're also going
to hold a mini-sprint (one or two days) during his second week here.
The suggested dates are between Tuesday the 6th and Thursday the 9th of
May.
Concerning venue, I would suggest The Barn at 66 Albert Road in
Woodstock. They have very nice coworking spaces and lots of other
techies, IT companies and interesting people in the building.
Besides the top-floor which is a coworking space, there is also the
Blackberry Apps Lab which, according to its manager Glenn Stein, we
could use at any time.
Other venue suggestions are welcome.
So far Florian, Witek and myself are confirmed to attend. It would be
great if other people in the community are able to join us.

Hm, I might just use that to buckle down and release some of our projects as Plone addons...

I'm always keen for a sprint, just not sure if I have the time right now. What are you planning to sprint on?

I'd like to make a new release of collective.xmpp.chat and maybe add
some tests for collective.loremipsum.
But I'd be happy to have a Dojo session again like last time.
