Keep getting Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET) in Chrome (Mac Lion and Windows 7) on login page

I keep getting that error on one specific Plone site I have running (Plone 4.1.4 but also on the 3.3.5 that it was upgraded from). It works fine in Safari on Mac and IE on Windows, But for some strange reason it will not work in Chrome. Firefox also refuse to login, but doesn't throw an error page with much description.
