Thanks for writing this down! :-)
Some notes though:
Maybe the implementation hints here should be hidden (e.g. I think the
user can directly created when the inviting user enters the email
addresses). So what is shown at the outside might simply be that email
and that you have to click the link.
I also wonder why "delete friend" is part of it. I don't really get
the end of that scenario ;-)
What does "The contact is sent" in the last step mean?
I also think it's better to enumerate the steps so you can refer to
them better.
