Looking for Plone Consultant/Training

Hi,

I am taking on the task of helping my daughter's small private school
migrate (abandon) Word Press and make the switch to Plone. I am
looking for validation that Plone is the correct choice as well as
someone to consult/guide me a long as well as the hourly rate you
would charge.
