[Plone-i18n] plone.app.locales master is now Plone 5.1

Hi,

plone.app.locales master is now for Plone 5.1.x only.

I resynced the plone domain if you want to update your translations.

I created a 5.0.x branch for Plone 5.0.x.

I did a new plone.app.locales 5.0.12 and 5.1.0 release.
