[Educational] How to install MySQLDA?

I was following a tutorial on the internet to install but could not. I was following these steps:

I Downloaded ZMySQLDA-2.0.8.tar.gz

and execute the following commands:

   # cd /tmp
   # tar zxvf ZMySQLDA-2.0.8.tar.gz
   # mv lib/python/Products/ZMySQLDA /opt/Zope-2.7/lib/python/Products/ZMySQLDA 

but the last command did not work.

dont have "...opt/Zope-2.7/lib/python/Products/ZMySQLDA".

Hi Nicolas,

 

That is a very old version of ZMySQLDA, and unlikely to work with Python 2.7. Try a more recent version.
