[Plone-docs] link to buildout tutorial defunct

Just noticed a defunct redirect/404 in the fine documentation:

On "Installing Plone add-ons - quick instructions"
http://plone.org/documentation/kb/installing-add-ons-quick-how-to

In section "Background", the first link "buildout:" points to
http://collective-docs.plone.org/tutorials/buildout/index.html
but should be (or should be redirected to)

http://collective-docs.readthedocs.org/en/latest/tutorials/buildout/index.html

Thanks, I think we have a ticket somewhere to setup proper redirects
from collective-docs.plone.org to RTD… errr, no. But we did have this
old one I just updated, which should suffice:
