Plivo support of LUA ?

Hi 

I have read all the documentation and some group emails

i have couple of questions in mind.

1. Freeswitch Support Lua programming. does Plivo support Lua programming. if YES any examples.

2. how can i detect phone off, or out of calling area or phone not in service ?

3. how can i detect VMD ?

VMD is very good options..its not yet implemented i think.
