Freeswitch Error connecting with : 127.0.0.1:8084 - Immediate call hangup

Hi Plivo Community, 

Here is what I am trying to do:

NodeJs App -> Plivo Rest - Call (from 1000 [extension] -- to 3246 [echo test number from callwithus] 

So call does go out to 3246 and get answered, but for some reason it gets terminated immediately

Freeswitch has callwithus gateway registered, confirmed. (Event tried making pstn call and it rang, but got disconnected as I picked up) 

I suspect its something to do with  Freeswitch trying to connect with : 127.0.0.1:8084 (also highlighted below in logs)

I have no idea why its happening. Not in vars, not in dialplan. Infact why should FS be even trying to connect to this as I am using the FS inbound method of connecting (not the outbound). What gives ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated ?
