Hello,

We have a dialer application based on FS and plivo.
since we are web & DB programers and have very limited knowledge about FS/plivo we need help from FS/PLIVO specialist in order to reslove problems.
we are willing to pay a monthly retainer.

 with ictdialer, will you be able to fast dial numbers saved in some DB and if the call is answered. you can redirect it to some hunt group with agents logged in?

Yes, you can redirect to agents on some key press by the recipient (latest feature addition). But for this you need to learn its Graphical IVR designing interface that is, by the way, very easy to understand.

I just want to be able to fast dial and if answered, goes to different huntgroups, so if that is possible, do I get to forward unanswered calls to a certain destination?

It can be done but not handled in the ICTDialer. Unanswered calls can be handled through call status which it is returned by Freeswitch and Plivo when call is sent but not picked up by the other party. We can do whatever we want afterwards once we get correct call status.

We are having problems to collect the digits pressed by the end customer.

It's not working consistently sometimes after pressing a digit there is no response.

 

we also have no experience at Linox and we would like to write scirpts in order to monitor both FS and Plivo.

we are looking for support that can help us in a short SLA once we are facing problems, to detect the problem origin (plivo, FS, our cloud server), to fix it.

we would also need help to make sure that our configuration is ok (like Fs Dialplan).

we would like to make sure that security is ok.

We are now working with fusionPBX and we need support for that too (new pages and settings)
