Devoloper Needed - BULK SMS CRM

Looking for a devolper who has already customized there own CRM that intergrates with Plivo, Nexmo, Twilio. We also have a short code being set up with MBlox. I have some things to customize in the CRM , most importantly the option to spin SMS's. I will want to send out Bulk sms & real time sms when people opt into my website. Please apply only if you have already customized a CRM and can tailor one quickly to my needs.
