getDigit misses some digits

Hi group.
I am in trouble since couple of days. Plivo misses some pressed digits.
I checked the freeswitch log for that call and found that it have encountered all the digits.
I checked plivo log file (plivo.outbound.log) and found that plivo misses those digits.
Can anyone help in this ?
Please help and let me know if I need to share more information.
