Add Plivo to Virtualmin/webmin (PHP)

Hi, My Webserver is CentOS and uses virtualmin/webmin - i use it for email and domain hosting ect.

I want to add some webhooks for sms to email and sms forward but to get php to work i require some plivo dependencies or helpers.

How do i add these without breaking my php install to my webmin/virtualmin environment?
