Locset-load: Knowing which entries have loaded and which have not.

Hi Everyone:

I'm a bit new to plinkseq. I was using locset-load to load some gene pathways and I guess some of the entries don't correspond with refseq locdb names. Is there a way to find out exactly which lines in my locset are not inputted?
