Greetings,

I am trying to determine where the authoritative software repository for plinkseq and Rplinkseq may reside.  Several users I support have requested the software over the last couple of months, but I cant seem to find all the components.  Reading over this group, I see many are as lost as I am.  I am hoping the maintainers (if there are any) can shed some light, thanks!  I'm going to list what I was able to find below.

Current(?) repository - https://bitbucket.org/statgen/plinkseq (I've been able to build the sources out of this git repository, but there are no tags so no idea what version it is or of it's complete).  I cannot get the R package to compile.

Main web site - https://atgu.mgh.harvard.edu/plinkseq/ (Rplinkseq source/binaries "unavailable")

Download page for version 0.10 - https://atgu.mgh.harvard.edu/plinkseq/download.shtml (plinkseq source and binaries, but the Rplinkseq section says "not available")

Rplinkseq version 0.08 - https://atgu.mgh.harvard.edu/plinkseq/r-intro.shtml (the download link takes me back to the 0.10 page).

Download page for plinkseq 0.08 - https://atgu.mgh.harvard.edu/plinkseq2/download.shtml (it's actually the source code for 0.09.  There's a broken link on this page to Rplinkseq version 0.08 source)

plinkseq/Rplinkseq verion 0.07 - https://atgu.mgh.harvard.edu/plinkseq-0.07/

plinkseq/Rplinkseq verion 0.07 download page - https://atgu.mgh.harvard.edu/plinkseq-0.07/download.shtml (this seems to be the only version that provides both plinkseq and Rplinkseq, but it provides no source, only pre-compiled binaries).

Greetings (again),

I've, figuratively, been around the world looking for plinkseq and Rplinkseq source for version 0.09 and 0.08 but have found none so far.  I cannot find Rplinkseq version 0.10 source (that compiles) anywhere.  If anyone has a lead on where I might find the source for Rplinkseq and plinkseq version 0.08 or 0.09, I'd appreciate any leads.  I was able to find a very old version (0.07), but that requires a version of R that's too old for us to use.  Thanks in advance.
