gPLINK software has problems running on local windows machine

Hi

I have installed gPLINK on my 64 bit windows 7 machine. But I am not able to run it locally. I am attaching the error message. 

Can anybody help me whats going wrong? If this is not the right group to ask this question can anybody suggest me any gPLINK user group (I was unable to find one)?

Have you configured gPLINK with the path to plink.exe ?
