404 errors when using download links from http://atgu.mgh.harvard.edu/plinkseq/resources.shtml

This is similar to a problem reported in this post:

Whenever I click any of the downloads, I get a 404 error.  Each link is to a file on http://psychgen.u.hpc.mssm.edu/, e.g. http://psychgen.u.hpc.mssm.edu/plinkseq_resources/hg19/locdb.gz

None of the sub-directory links work either, e.g. http://psychgen.u.hpc.mssm.edu/plinkseq_resources/hg19 or http://psychgen.u.hpc.mssm.edu/plinkseq_resources/

However, if you try to navigate to http://psychgen.u.hpc.mssm.edu, you are given a message that you've reached the HPC homepage of Zach - so Zach, whoever you are, could you please fix these links?

I want to download two files for the tutorial "Tutorial: working with 1000 Genomes Pilot 3 VCFs" but both links appear to be broken.
