Hi,

I am doing polygenic risk score estimation with plink2 on DNA Nexus and have a question about the output format of the analysis I carried out.

I used commands: plink2 --bgen ref-first --sample --keep --score 1 2 3 cols=+scoresums --out

Analysis finished successfully, but the output file ".sscore" doesn't have a header, and it's hard to infer what I am looking at, given that I am new to this type of analysis.
Output looks like this (illustration):
Sample_ID, SampleID, 900, 270, -2.06e-06, 0.0005

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Best,
Ana
