2.0 COMPILATION ERROR

Hi,

I'm failing to compile plink 2.0 on my ubuntu 22.04 system because of these error messages:

cannot find -lf77blas

cannot find -latlas

How can I fix this?

How old is the source code you are trying to compile?  I don’t see those flags in the current 2.0/build_dynamic/ Makefile on GitHub, and I do see a comment about a fairly recent update to keep things working on Ubuntu 22.04/24.04z
