mac & hwe outputs

Hi, 

Apologies if I've missed this in the documentation but I was just wondering if there was any way to output the per variant hwe & mac as part of  the glm regression result outputs.

--glm has an optional allele-count column, but there's no analogous HWE column; see https://www.cog-genomics.org/plink/2.0/formats#glm_linear .

(However, it isn't difficult to use the Unix "cut" and "paste" utilities to mix and match columns however you want.)
