Test of missingness by case/control status with plink2

Hi,

Thanks again for providing such a nice tool! I am wondering what's the plink2 equivalent command to run differential missingness test between case and control as in plink1.9:

plink --file mydata --test-missing

This hasn't been implemented in plink2 yet; just use --make-bed to export to plink 1.9 for now.
