I'm trying to get PRS-cs, but the format of the required bim file should be prepared according to the format of 'SNP A1 A2 BETA P'

I would like to know how to change the format of the bim file using plink 1.9.
I'm sorry if I'm asking you something too basic

You need to reread the instructions of the PRS workflow. I don't know what's actually expected here, but it certainly isn't a plink .bim file.
