I was trying to recode bed file to 012 in linux.I entered code below:

zhangyao@stat-calc:~$plink --bfile A1 --recodeA --out mysnp.bed (A1 is my bed filename)
PLINK v1.90p 64-bit (26 Feb 2022)              www.cog-genomics.org/plink/1.9/
(C) 2005-2022 Shaun Purcell, Christopher Chang   GNU General Public License v3
Note: --recodeA flag deprecated.  Use "--recode A ...".
Logging to mysnp.bed.log.
Options in effect:
  --bfile A1
  --out mysnp.bed
  --recode A

128618 MB RAM detected; reserving 64309 MB for main workspace.
Error: Failed to open A1.bed.

Maybe someone know how to solve this problem.

1. You probably did not specify the correct directory for your input file.
2. You probably want to replace "--out mysnp.bed" with "--out mysnp", unless you want a file named "mysnp.bed.bed".
