plink 1.07 documentation

Hello,

I'm getting a 404 error trying to access the PLINK 1.07 documentation. I need it because the 1.9 documentation for flipscan directs me to the 1.07 documentation for a full discussion on how to handle the results. There are other locations in the 1.9 documentation that direct you to the 1.07 documentation as well, I know. It's not just me, I checked the "is it down" website, so is it just a glitch, or did it get taken down? 

In the meantime, does anyone have the PDF of the documentation? I'd appreciate it if anyone could link me to a copy.

I have added https://www.cog-genomics.org/plink/1.9/resources#plink1_pdf to the 1.9 website while we wait for the 1.07 website to go back up.
