Hi,

I was just wondering if there's a way to extract residuals from a linear regression performed in plink2?

I tried looking under the various commands but I can't find anything.

All the best,
Lindsay

Not directly, but it should not be difficult to compute them from the genotype data, regression coefficients (you may need to add --glm's "intercept" modifier), and phenotype/covariates.

I'm sorry -I don't follow. So I want to extract regression coefficients and then somehow I can convert these to residuals?

A residual is the difference between the estimated phenotype value (which you compute from the regression coefficients, genotype value, and covariates) and the actually-observed phenotype value.
