Hi,

Hoping you can help me figure out something version-related.

I just updated my installation of Plink2 today to get at some of the May updated regarding the `--r2-unphased` commands. Unfortunately after this, I started experiencing issues trying to run the `--r2-unphased` command which worked previously. I checked the `plink2 --help` command and cant find any descriptions or references to the command.

I am using build `PLINK v2.00a5.12LM AVX2 Intel (25 Jun 2024)`.

I did find this article here: https://groups.google.com/g/plink2-users/c/VcHH6_ejjt4 which explains that i need 'a6' to use one of the `--r-unphased` command. Assuming this applies to all the Linkage-Disequilibrium report commands, could you just explain what a6 is? I looked on GitHub, but there is no version that matches so thinking it means something else?

Just build from the GitHub master branch (or download a Development build from https://www.cog-genomics.org/plink/2.0/ ).

Hello,

Thanks for the help! I came right with the development build, as you suggested.
