pVCF format

Hi,

The UKB recently released the exome data in pVCF format. I guess pVCF is the PLINK version of VCF format. However, I could not find pVCF on PLINK documentation.

Instead, I found https://www.biorxiv.org/content/biorxiv/early/2019/04/17/611954.full.pdf, which talks about spVCF. 

Can someone please let me know where to find detailed description of pVCF?

I believe this is just the regular VCF format, where the 'p' stands for "project"; correct me if this is not the case.

I hope that pVCF format does not simply mean the same as the standard VCF format, and "p" simply means some "project". 

However, I did not find a good reference on pVCF.
