Hi

is it possible that plink2 continue to scan the remaining phenotypes (in phenotype file) after the error for one of the phenotypes due to low sample size?

version :plink/2.0-060821

in this version, the program stop scanning remaining phenotypes and finishes works:

Error: All samples for --glm phenotype 'C43.5' are controls.
End time: Fri Apr 29 23:51:59 2022
