Hello dear plink users,
I'm a student that has recently been introduced to plink for the first time. I have no experience of anything outside of Microsoft word, so plink is quite daunting. I am trying to work through the Harvard tutorial, but I am struggling, even with the first steps. Do any of you have advice on how to get started/the basics of plink? Your help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Sibtain

plink is designed to play well with standard Unix command-line text manipulation utilities like grep, cut, and awk. I strongly recommend spending the time to become familiar with them; they’ll make it a lot easier to quickly slice and dice plink input and output files.
