Hi,

Looking for some advice regarding conditioning a glm analysis on a multiallelic variant.
I notice that multiallelic implementation is still under development.
Any suggestions for a workaround? Would representing the additional alleles as covariates be an appropriate way to go?

Thanks!

Yes, that would work (and be equivalent to what the ‘multiallelic’ modifier will do when it is implemented).

Perfect - thanks!
Looking forward to the upcoming multiallelic implementation.
