Issue with writing vcf 4.2 in Plink 2

Hi Chris,

I am trying to export a bed file to vcf 4.2 using the latest Plink 2.0 build. I used the --export vcf-4.2 option, and an output vcf file is successfully created, but the first line in the vcf header is

##fileformat=VCFv4.3

Can you please look into this? I need the vcf for a particular tool which doesn't support vcf 4.3 yet.
