multi-alleles 1000g

Hi

i am using your 1000G resource -phase3 and try to do pruning that require unique variant id. how can i get rid of duplicate variants in this resource? do you have a modified list of variant IDs for 100g that put a different name for duplicates, so i can update the names?

See --set-all-var-ids and --rm-dup .
