When using --keep <file> flag and providing the list of samples, how is the order set?
Does it keep the order in <file> or it keeps the order in original final (with samples removed)?
I am asking cause another software that uses plink is required to put all the files in the same order as .fam file, so I wanted to know if it was possible to tweak this order.
Or is it simply alphabetically?

Can --indiv-sort 'file'/'f' be used with .bed .bim .fam files? or must it be with .pvar .psam .pgen files?
