Hi,

When I used plink for case/control analysis in the logistic, there are following error,
Note: No phenotypes present.
Warning: Skipping --logistic since less than two phenotypes are present.
How to tackle this issue?
The following is my phenotype file.

Thank you very much!

I have tacked this issue when using plink.1.07 version.
Probably I guess the unstable for newest version, 1.9.

Hi,

Can you post the .log file for the plink 1.9 run?  Thanks.

This .log file is for a different kind of analysis (--fst + --within, not --logistic).

Try adding "--allow-no-sex" to your command line.
