PLINK1.9 return p value = 0 for meta analysis

Hi,

I used --meta-analysis on plink1.0 for meta-analysis for eQTL analysis but it returns p value = 0 for some associations. Is it because my p values are too small so that plink rounded to 0? Any input will be much appreciated.

What happens if you try using PLINK 2.0's --meta-analysis command (requires the beta build posted today)?
