v2.0 biobank-scale --make-bed bugfix posted

The 5 Jan 2024 plink2 builds fix a 7-year-old biobank-scale (>260k samples) --make-bed bug that could occur when filtering or reordering samples.  If you were still in the habit of using plink2 --bfile/--make-bed instead of --pfile/--make-pgen with such large datasets, this bugfix may be important to you.
