Hi everyone,

If I want to use SDA or LC-SDA as my crosslinker, how do I enter that into the xlink.ini file to show that one end does not have an amino acid specificity? Do I just leave out the second "[x" in the line? If anyone could tell me how they've entered either of these two heterobifunctional crosslinkers, it'd be very helpful. Thanks!
