Hi All,

I have got high quality x-linked MS/MS spectrum from pLink search results, but the peaks of MS/MS spectrum were labeled as y0+[s], y1+[s], y2+[s] etc, why it starts with y0 not y1?

Thanks,
Rong-Fang Gu

Hi,

That's just an in-lab habit, which may not that formal. :)

As a supplement, we developed a more powerful tool for the annotation, pLabel, and it is included in the pLink.

The usage is Open pLabel.exe, choose File - Load pLabel file, and choose the *.plabel file generated under the search results.

Hope this will help.

Hello,

I'm having a problem using the included pLabel (within the pLink download) to save annotated spectra in batch format ("Save all spectra as"). I can direct pLabel to an output folder, and it iterates over all the pictures and "Saves" them. However, there is nothing in the output folder. Hopefully I am not doing something stupid.

Here is the pLabel file in the pLink_release folder:

Thanks for any and all help!

I should note; I can save spectra individually by this method, but the batch "Save all spectra as" does not actually save any spectra.
