Quantifying light and heavy

It's been a while since I needed to use pLink, but recently I performed a new crosslinking experiment that totally backed up other experiments on this protein.. really cool and yet another indication pLink is still giving great data. However I would want to take it to the next step, conformational change detection. Is pLink able to show me changes in heavy and light labeled BS3?
