Dear all,

pLink 1.15 is now released. This version has the following changes:

* Candidate peptides missing has been fixed.

We found that under certain situation, a few candidate crosslink peptides may get lost for large database search. Now this has been fixed.

* Illegal link site (modify site, cleave site) will be checked now.

The AA with modification site/cleave site will not be used as link site candidate now. This may increase the speed and accuracy a little.

* Evalue_max parameter can now work properly.

Evalue_max is a parameter used as the filter for evalue in the final results, which became invalid in recent version. Now this has been fixed.
