Hello,
today I wanted to analyse two raw files of HCD data acquired on an Orbitrap Elite with pLink. Unfortunatelly it never runs trough, but instead throws the attached error "PSManalysis.exe stopped working".
Can anybody tell me what went wrong?
The example file in contrast runs trough smoothly.
I also attache my *.ini file.
