Dear pLink-developers,

would it be possible to include an export option into the next pLink release, which would allow to directly visualize the identified crosslinks by XVis (https://xvis.genzentrum.lmu.de/login.php). Such an export feature has just been recently added to StavroX and it really helps to quickly get a graphical representation of the identified crosslinks.

Would really appreciate to have it.

Regards

Robert

Robert, as an FYI, pLink data can be imported into proxl for visualization and some analysis of the cross-links. More info here: http://proxl-ms.org/

I'm the author of this program and would be happy to help out if you have any trouble getting the data in.

I just engaged the only computationally literate guy in the lab to set up the converter for proxl. Would be nice if we could interact directly - in case some clarifications would be needed - without take up headspace up here. My email is Vladimir...@nyumc.org
