builder.exe stops working

Hi, we have just started using pLink. We run flow.exe and when the computer attempts to run the builder application, builder.exe crashes. Any ideas why it might be crashing and how to prevent it?

Hi, not sure of the details. Has the search completed successfully before builder.exe?
